On Friday, July 26, 2024, students from Materdei International School embarked on an enlightening field trip to the prestigious Sugarcane Breeding Institute in Veerakeralam. Renowned for its pioneering research and development in sugarcane breeding, the institute provided a unique educational experience. Mater Dei International School orchestrated a vibrant waste management workshop in harmony with our sustainable living theme. The RAAC Team dazzled our students, unveiling the enchanting process of composting and the transformative power of recycling. Enthralled by the session, our students eagerly engaged in thematic activities, wholeheartedly embracing the noble principles of reducing, reusing, and recycling. Our students and parents collectively contributed an impressive 715.24 kgs of waste materials. Together, we’re driving towards a greener, Sustainable Future!
